Many of them, with the support of their families, make great personal sacrifices to reach a high level of excellence. Often limited financial resources might become an obstacle in reaching great achievements and following their dreams. As a foundation, we want to prevent these to happen, as much as possible.

In 2018, Romania celebrated 100 years since the birth of its modern state. On this occasion, the Hategan Foundation established the Romania 100 Scholarship Fund, with initial funding provided by Adecco. The programme was created to offer financial support to talented young individuals who aspire to pursue higher education but face limitations due to modest financial resources.
